J-Con Parks, Inc. is a family run business that has been operating at Allegany, Watkins Glen, Letchworth and Montauk Point New York State Parks since 1994. In those NY State Parks, J-Con Parks, Inc. operates most of the food operations, grocery stores, gift shops and boat, bike and cross country ski rental facilities.

In late 2008, KB Sweet Treats was created to add something creative and fun to the business. We know from our food service experience that ice cream is enjoyed by everyone and we thought, "What a better way to serve ice cream than to bring it to people at their special events!"

In addition, we are also opening the Canyon Falls Gift Shop & Creamery in Spring 2009. It will be located in the town of Mount Morris, New York, and will be serving our local community and the many visitors to Letchworth State Park and the Finger Lakes Region annually.

Of course, you will be able to find KB Sweet Treats products within this location as well!
