KB Sweet Treats gets many order requests, please allow up to 48hrs to hear back from me. I can't wait to discuss your order!

Custom Cookie Order Policy

1) Handmade cookies may look different from one another 2) Inspiration photos are used ONLY as inspiration, cookies may slightly vary from inspiration photo. 3) Orders MUST be paid for in full in advance to guarantee a spot on my calendar. If you don't pay within 48hrs of receiving the invoice, I assume you don't want the spot and will offer it to the next client. 4) Regular cookies are 3.5-4inches, minis are around 2inches. 5) I'm unable to ship at this time, local orders only in the Austin, TX area. 6) All products are final sale, no refunds or returns are accepted. If there is a problem with your order please email kelly@kbsweettreats.com with your concerns.

Do you have a storefront?

KB Sweet Treats is home-based operating under the Cottage Food Law in Leander, Texas. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

Can you ship?

Answer

I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which unfortunately prevents me from shipping at this time. Local orders only for pickup in Leander, or delivery for an additional $0.75 per mile.
